Op-Ed: The Missing Ingredient for a Sustainable Future | Environmental Defense Fund

Jim Leape, Kristian Teleki, Shakuntala Thilsted and Thomas Grasso, the four co-chairs of the Alliance for Blue Foods, recently wrote an opinion piece about the importance of including blue foods in global food systems dialogues. The op-ed, first published in ECO Magazine’s Autumn 2021 edition, highlights the upcoming U.N. Food Systems Summit and the ongoing shift towards healthy, equitable and sustainable food systems.
