Blue Foods: From Threats to Solutions | Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health

Dr. Christopher Golden (Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Planetary Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and member of the Blue Food Assessment Scientific Leadership Team), recently shared his latest blue food research at a Volunteer Leadership Summit. He discussed blue food systems, nutrition and the benefits and risks of aquatic food consumption. Golden is a lead author of the Blue Food Assessment Nutrition paper “Aquatic Foods to Nourish Nations.”
